INTRODUCTION

Booth display is one of key activities of 5^th ICRBO that is conducted with the aim to allow business and academic sectors to introduce, promote and showcase products and innovative research ideas on rice bran oil. The booth display area will be placed next to the conference meeting room, which makes it convenient for participants to attend during the conference. It will be divided into 2 main parts for enterprises and contestants participating research contest. The booths shall be standardized in terms of booth top banners, size, visual aids (poster, standees, etc). This area is expected to welcome crowds of visitors who are interested in exploring the rice bran oil products of enterprises and the research presentation of undergraduates/ post-graduates.

BOOTH DISPLAY AND CONTENT

1. Standard Booth for Business (24 units)

• Type:
  -   Basic shell scheme ( 2 open sides), carpeted space, wall panels (white or grey), fascia board on each open side with company name
  -   Dimension:  width x height x depth = 2m×2.5m×2m
• Provided equipment:
  -   A  set of standard 01 displaying table and 02 chairs
  -   Electricity items (light, socket)
• Fee: USD 5,000  (including setup and dismantlement)

2. Reserved area for academic sector (For selected contestants of research contest only)

• Type:
  -   Open- carpeted space for 10 groups of contestants
  -   Dimension: width x depth = 15m×2m
• Provided equipment:
  -   A  set of standard 01 displaying table and 01 chair per group
  -   Electricity items (light, socket)

BUSINESS BOOTH SPACE APPLICATION

Business in need should submit a Booth Space Application Form to Organizing Committee before 01/03/2017.
All Booth registration will be honored on a first-come, first served basis; and are not reserved until executed contracts are received with payment in full.
